7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Please contact us before returning any item. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
